Dr. William Pouw
Dr. Pouw is a Fellow of the Royal College of England (FRCS) and has been practising exclusively as a cosmetic plastic surgeon for over 20 years. In 1967 he gained his medical degree at the University of Sydney and, after his internship, travelled to London where he obtained training in general surgery and subsequently several years experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr Pouw is involved in the cosmetic surgery training scheme for the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS).
Dr. Ron Bezic
Dr. Bezic is an accredited cosmetic surgeon who gained his surgical fellowship with the ACCS. During that period he was awarded the Gold Medal. Prior to that period he completed 5 years of general surgery training. He currently sits on the council of the ACCS and is the assistant surgical dean. He is an expert in breast and body contouring surgery and liposculpture.
Sally Lomax RN
Sally is a registered nurse who has worked in the cosmetic/ medical surgery field for over 20 years. Sally is our resident cosmetic injector. She spent 10 years as the NSW trainer for Q-Med Australia.
Sally performs all laser procedures and has completed the Laser Safety officers course in 2008. Sally also performs medical micro-dermabrasion, and provides cosmeceuticals.
Kerrie Bailey RN
Kerrie is a registered nurse, with a background in various surgical and non-surgical areas. Kerrie has previously worked at The Melanoma Unit, with experience in research, along with a long history of Dermatology and Plastic surgery nursing in private practice and in private hospitals. She has extensive hands on Laser experience commencing more than 14 years ago.
Kerrie completed the Laser Safety officers course in 2000 and is a current member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and The Cosmetic and Plastic surgery Nurses Association.
Jacqueline Nugent
Jacqueline has been working with Dr. Pouw for 13 years. She has worked in the cosmetic surgery industry for over 20 years. She is currently the nurse in charge of organizing the theatre for all procedures. Jacqui provides all post-operative care here at the Clinic. Jacqui has completed her laser safety course in 2008.
Valerie Baris
Valerie has been the practice manager here at the Cosmedical Clinic for the past 6 years. Valerie is the liaison officer for all surgical procedures, and the day-to-day running of the practice.
