Again this question depends on the type of face lift that is being performed. With thread lifts there is the cost of the surgical threads as well as the surgery. In the case of traditional face lifts it also depends on the person's face and how much lifting is required. Generally the surgeons fee varies from $5,000 to $10,000.

Is it painful?
Answer:
With face lifts, although there are incisions, the pain level is minimal simple because the lifting often occurs underneath the skin layers and so there is very little pain. There is more discomfort than pain after the surgery and this is managed by ice packs and dressings.

How old can you be before needing a face lift?
Answer:
There is no age limit to when a face lift or thread lift can be performed. It really depends on the person and each person is different. We consider face lifts based on need rather than age.
